WANDERESIM GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Wanderesim, referred to as "the Company," in connection with the sale of prepaid eSIMs. 

These Terms and Conditions are available on the Wanderesim website at www.wanderesim.com

Any variations to these Terms and Conditions are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

  2.1. eSIM SALES

Wanderesim sells prepaid eSIMs to customers.

Customers can register and purchase eSIMs on the Wanderesim website. Payment processing is handled by PayPal (https://paypal.com) and Stripe (https://stripe.com) using an alias of the customer's credit card (virtual Credit Card Imprint).

  2.2. REGISTRATION FOR WANDERESIM SERVICES

Customers must accept these Terms and Conditions to use Wanderesim services. Customer registration requires providing information such as first name, last name and email address.

  2.3. WANDERESIM'S COMMITMENTS

Wanderesim strives to provide customers with quality service. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or fault-free service.

  2.4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must not engage in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activities when using Wanderesim's services. Any actions that impair or damage the network are prohibited.

If a customer breaches these obligations, Wanderesim may suspend their service. During suspension, customers must continue to pay all charges due under this Agreement.

  2.5. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is compatible with eSIM technology and is network-unlocked. Device compatibility depends on factors such as the carrier and country of origin. Customers must check the list of eSIM-compatible devices provided at checkout.

By confirming device compatibility during purchase, customers accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

The eSIM compatibility list is not exhaustive; newly announced compatible devices may need to be added.

2.6. UNLIMITED PLANS

Unlimited bundles include 1GB of high-speed data every 24 hours; once this limit is reached, speeds will be reduced to 512kbps for the remainder of the period, in accordance with Fair Usage Policy to prevent fraud. Speed management is handled by the provider operators and is beyond Wanderesim's control.

3. START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

The service contract between Wanderesim and the customer begins upon completing the order on the Wanderesim website.

Activation of the eSIM and acknowledgment of the Activation Policy are the customer's responsibility.

The contract terminates if the customer has no active data package or deletes the eSIM from the device.

4. CHARGES AND PAYMENT

  4.1. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Alipay.

All payments are in US Dollars ($).

Credit card transactions are processed and secured by PayPal and Stripe.

  4.2. CHARGES FOR USE

    4.2.1. All charges are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

    4.2.2. Customers cannot offset their claims against Wanderesim's claims, except where the customer's claims are undisputed or confirmed by final court judgment.

5. DELIVERY

Purchased eSIMs are immediately visible under the "My eSIMs" tab on the Wanderesim website and/or app. Customers receive a confirmation email after purchase which includes the QR code and instructions for activation. Installation instructions are available in the customer's Wanderesim account and on our website, as well as are delivered to the customers via email.

6. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

  6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

    6.1.1. A refund request can be made within thirty (30) days from the purchase date if activation is not possible after troubleshooting.

    6.1.2. Customers must cooperate with Wanderesim to resolve issues promptly for a refund to be granted in case if Wanderesim was not able to resolve the issue.

    6.1.3. No refund is offered for remaining data after the validity period expires.

    6.1.4. Wanderesim reserves the right to refuse a refund for abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purchases.

    6.1.5. Accidental purchases are not eligible for refunds once the eSIM is installed.

    6.1.6. Customers disputing invoice charges must notify Wanderesim within 14 (14) days of receipt. 

    6.1.7. Refund requests not covered above are assessed case-by-case; processing fees may apply.

    6.1.8. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds can be requested by contacting Wanderesim's support team. Refunds are processed based on the nature of the issue and may be credited back to the original payment method or issued as Bonus Credits.

7. REFERRAL CREDITS

7.1. Free credits from referrals are earned as a $2 reward on both the referrer’s and the referred user’s accounts for the first purchase made by the referred user with whom the referral code was shared.

7.2. Referral codes can be applied by users only on their first-time purchase.

7.3. Free credits can be used for purchases or combined with other payment methods.

7.4. Free credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to other forms of credit.

7.5. Purchases made with free credits are credited back as free credits.

7.6. Free credits earned cannot be transferred between accounts.

8. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

Wanderesim is not liable for detriments due to service unavailability. The Company provides no guarantee of constant network availability.
